The same disclaimer tag of day one applies here.
DAY TWO
-University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA)
-Princeton University (Princeton, NJ)
The drive down was okay, but I simply can't emphasis my dislike for New Jersey highways enough. New Jersey highways are the worst thing since... since... since getting a bottle full of hotsauce in yourhot date's eye. (I-Is that bad enough? I remain dubious.) I apologize if anyone reading this is from New Jersey, but that's one state I'd never want to have to drive through every day. </3
The delays were insane near George Washington Bridge (exiting New Jersey and entering New York). I tried to take a picture of this, but of course my shoddy camera had to have a fit and its batteries died. Have another picture though, 'cause I love New York (oh, shut up, I know that was corny) and it was so exciting to finally be driving at more than two miles an hour.
And onto Princeton University!
(Guess who remembered the camera this time?)
Please do excuse my lousy photography skills. I was more interested in looking for myself. (I tried to find a few pictures of some of the other lovely rooms, but there weren't any available. :P)
Thumbnails have been used because camera pictures are obnoxiously big.
As you can see, the buildings are very beautiful and have an old world charm about them. I enjoyed the campus tour very much, despite the humidity in the air and the sun beating down on us. <3
I can also say that the eateries nearby are somewhat decent. We ate lunch at a Japanese sushi place -- it was okay. The ice cream parlor next door was superb though! :3
Love,

Post Script -- Plus, I don't have to get up early tomorrow! We're near New Haven for Yale University now, but tours don't start until mid-afternoon. SCORE.
